Stora Holm testing, day 1

Today the Halmstad GCDC team is at the Stora Holm test track outside Gothenburg together with the KTH and Chalmers teams jointly coordinated in the CoAct project. For three days we will perform communication, control and positioning tests; a major milestone before the GCDC competition in May.

Today's testing helped weed out some communication bugs and at the end of the day all teams were able to communicate with each other with quite respectable range. Although basic communications were tested already at the workshop in Helmond in January this is the first time that we bring together the Swedish teams for testing in realistic in-vehicle conditions.

The picture below managed to capture the two Volvo S60's from Halmstad and Chalmers as well as the Scania truck from KTH.
